From what Craig says, it's a killer w/o... he's done 50 mile rides on it.... there's a new challenge for you - I suspect doing a half century on a stair cycle makes doing one on a trikke easy by comparison!  *LOL*

There are 2 peddles totally in dependent of each other.

 

I met Craig last year at the Bicycle Expo in Las Vegas…super nice guy. He made me an offer I could not refuse and in the very near future, I will be an owner of one these is a very nicely designed HPV…like I need another toy. Anyway, once I get it I’ll give the group  a report.

Basically you pedal it not kick it.  I've ridden it... if you like the stair climber at the gym, you will love the stair cycle....
