It must be one heck of a workout,eh?<<<<It takes a knack. I did my third session last night (was a BALL.. had to MAKE myself get off...argh) and by the end, had the knack pretty well down. It will be a few more sessions before I am 'really good' at it. I was 'carving' pretty well by the end of yesterday's practice however... lolI think it's a good workout. It's getting my heart rate up which isn't easy because I have been exercising 1-2 hours a day for years. I think it's at least as much as a calorie burner as inline skating (800 calories an hour) but it doesn't feel hard and it is so fun... I think things like running and even traditional scooting involve some pain and so seem harder than like inline skating where you glide along ... also the Trikke-8 involves the whole body and I love that. I think it was one of the best $249 bucks I've spent in a while... it's awesome!!!Best,

As I said before, I am new to the game, meaning at the moment I have a bicycle but I am very interested in buying one or more "alternative" type bikes. It is hard to find them where I live.Bye for now,Bruce
