Friends and Interested Persons: Nottoway County has issued an
indictment of involuntary manslaughter in the case of the cyclist who
was killed on Route 460 near Blackstone in late May. It looks

Hello all, there is some "good" news regarding Kevin's case. Today

the grand jury in Nottoway county handed down an indictment for the

FELONY charge of involuntary manslaughter. A warrant for the arrest

of Trey Stapleton will be issued and that f*****'s life is about to

become a semblance of the hell we've been in. I will post updates as

they come but as this is a precedent setting case, if this goes to

trial I will be putting a call out to any and all VA cyclists to

support us in the courtroom. If it comes to it I want that courtroom

filled with images of Kevin, I'll print T-shirts, buttons, posters,

something. This case may be the start of justice for cyclists,

something Kevin would appreciate.
