Bicyclists do not have insurance when they ride. There is none
available for him. If he has car insurance, it will not cover him on a
bicycle. I learned this from the State Insurance Commission, GEICO,
and Nationwide. Of course, all drivers have car insurance, but if they
are determined not to be at fault, the insurance company does not pay.
This has happened to several friends who were injured while riding.

Where is insurance in all this.? You can't legally drive without
insurance and whaen you hot other things comes in to play.
