On another question...when will VBF and BikeWalk finally merge? BikeWalk is doing a great job of promoting activities but you guys are all over the government lobbying aspects of these issues but having two groups is not efficient and it is confusing for the people. To be well represented the bicyclists of the Commonwealth should belong to both groups and that is not always a reasonable expectation...so, what is the story? Why do we not have one voice for bicyclists and pedestrians in the Commoonwealth of Virginia?
