Hi everyone! The trail can be used. Sounds like Corey is keeping on top of it. THANKS COREY!!!! drop by the bike shop while in Bartlesville and tell him thanks. There is a church group that keeps the trail open and rides it all the time but I don't know if they are on this online group. ARE YOU?
The KORS web site will be deleted as it is not needed any longer. The ABC bike shop web site will be replaced at some point too but I am not sure when. I am no longer in charge of that. I am planning an organized trail-work day the Saturday and Sunday before the race event. The 4th and 5th of Oct. starting at 9am Meet at the trail head and bring tools if you have them. Some people will drive around to the top and work on the prairie. I have only two weed eaters so if you have a heavy duty one bring it. That's the plan anyway.

1. Sunn bmx mini. Great little bike, needs a brake cable and probably tires soon. Steel frame and fork, yellow frame black fork and some black parts. 3"(ish) rise bars, threadless stem. Rear sidepull brake. Free to good home, but I don't want to give it away so someone can make a buck from it. I need to know it's going to a little kid who will ride the snot out of it.
2. Titus Motolite frame 2000 model, large, black. Great riding frame, Fox Float shock, sealed bearing pivots, disc mount, great condition for all the miles I have on it. There's one ding in the rear end, but it's hardly noticeable. A bit of cable rub in a couple of spots, and a Britney Spears sticker on the top tube. (Put on by a bike shop employee as a joke. Kinda like getting Rickrolled)
It's a four bar suspension design, so even though it's a bit old, it's not a totally outdated setup. Originally $1700 frame, I'd like a few hundred bucks for it, or would consider some trades.
3. Manitou xvert super fork. 2000 model, 100mm travel, Full TPC damping, bought with the Titus frame. Great fork, even as obsolete as it is. Mechanic maintained and rebuilt recently before I stopped riding it. A nice companion to the frame, I'll make you a package deal.
I need to clear some space out of my new workspace so I can get some work started. I'm also on the lookout for a small metal lathe, a drill press, a stationary belt sander, and an arbor press. If you have any framebuilding specific equipment, I'm definitley interested in talking.

i was at turkey today still to muddy to ride im a mazed by the mud, rock, timber slide on the mid hochi, we had cut and removed a big dead fall last sunday and noticed a huge boulder that had came down the slope when the tree let loose there was also a mud slide making its way down it didnt seem like it would be to big a deal. Today the mud slide is across the trail a bunch more timber down and the whole ridge above looks unstable and ready to come down on whats left of the trail. I turned around at the slide and headed back to the check out the Bomb Run it had a creeek flowing down it and the drop was just about washed out. We may need to consider a trail day or many be several.
Eldon, if you're around, shoot me an email. If Eldon's not reading this list and anyone knows how to get ahold of him, please ask him to shoot me an email.
Faye has worked Keystone MTB race before when I promted it.
and is a great volunteer. I maybe to be free as well if you need me.
