Friends,

It's been a Tough year for road construction and nearly all of it has come up in the last 2-3 weeks, too late for major route redesigns. The Google route maps are updated with detours and gravel sections. All routes and hazards are well marked on the road. No need to carry a map. Just follow the Road Painter's markings... see attached pic.

Saturday:

Detour due to 41st West Ave. construction. Detour goes east on 55th St. N. from last rest stop, then south and east to 53rd St. N., east to Osage Dr., south to 46th St. N., east to Cincinnati, south to Pine and rejoin original. Four gravel sections from 50 feet to 0.3 mile. A couple are on downhills. Three are on the 100 mi., one is on the above detour and requires caution because its curving downhill. BEWARE. All are unavoidable except to cancel a route.

Sunday:

Detour around Keystone Dam on 100 mi. only. Highway 151 approaching Keystone Dam from south bridge over Highway 51 is out. Only option besides canceling century is to cross the river at Highway 97.
