I’ve heard that the plan may affect Turkey; more specifically, that Turkey would be developed to be more like the Oxley nature preserve (e.g., more accessible).  I think that kind of development could be generally good for mountain biking if it does not remove significant portions of the trails since it might generate more interest in trail maintenance.

The Native American cultural center that is planned for Turkey was part of the 2025 plan.  I understand that the cultural center will take away some of the best trails.
