Men's

 

This weekend will see the men's team take on the local Rugby union clubs at the Footscray 7s, The tournament will give us a chance to promote our club and also show the union commumity what we can do.

 

It'll be great to get a load of spectators up there to cheer us along, however please note that entrance is £2.00 (free to 12 players). The first matches kick off at 11.00am and the ground is situated at: 239a Footscray Road, New Eltham, London SE9 2EL.

 

All the players need to make sure they either meet up at our ground (Brockleians RFC, Eltham Palace Road) at 10.15am, or if they are going direct to Footscray you need to be there before 10.45am to register as part of the 12 man squad - Please not as we have put a link on the web site Footscray will give us a free jug of beer after the tournament for players only - please confirm your playing with me on 07734 082 754.

 

Youth

 

Unfortunately Kingston Warriors have been forced to pull out of our arranged matches for this Saturday due to the majority of their players going to scout Camp this weekend hence there will not be any matches this week, However this Saturday it'll be great to see the many of the youth players come together to support the men at the Footscray 7s and then parents are welcome at the season's launch party at Walkabout, Bromley straight after.

 

Women's

 

Great turn out for training this week and everything is looking good for the start of the season in a few weeks time, this Saturday it'll be great to see the women's team together to support the men at the Footscray 7s and then all get down to Walkabout, Bromley for the Season's launch party (free food and if your lucky a share of the man of match's crate of steinlager!) and if we can get two of the team as models you should be able to get a look at the new women's kit for 2005.
