area - trails and beers?
As far as beer goes, I would recommend going to The Elysian Brewery on Capitol Hill, which is in my opinion one of the best brewpubs I have been to in the country. There is also Big Time in the U district. Below I have included the links to both.

Bryan,
I posed your question to my brother who
used to live near Seattle and here is what he had to say:
Well, it¢s been too long since I was
there to remember any specific trails or breweries, but you can tell Bryan that
the area is peppered with both and he¢d have to be a complete moron to
not stumble into both with his eyes closed.

beers?
Hello,
Is anyone on the list familiar with the Seattle area? I
am heading out there for a week on a business trip, and I would like to do
some off pavement running. I am staying in Kent ,
WA (about 4 miles east of the Seattle-Tacoma Airport ). How far would I have
to go to have good access to some trails? Any info is appreciated!
Additionally, if any of you beer connoisseurs have
any brewpub recommendations, I'd love to hear 'em!
