I used to work out at James A Reed way back when. When I worked there we used to spread chips on the trails so if they still do that, the trails might be a bit challenging as far at footing goes. But it has been a very long time since I worked there so they might not do that anymore. As I remember, the trails are fairly flat without too many hills. I say try them!

Thanks for the great links. Guess I just need to get out there and
try it. I did my typical run last night but ran next to the sidewalk
in the grass, etc. It is harder, can't wait to try real trails.
