Hi Everyone,
Like everyone I am shocked as to the events of the day. Many of you
know Alex Sternberg and I just received this from him. Our prayers go
out to everyone who suffered losses today.


Hi Friends
I am sitting in my hospital office awaiting the wounded from the WTC
attack
to reach us. We are all mobilized, every hospital in NY area. At
present, we
know that several hundred,over 300, are critically wounded and being
shipped
all over to area centers. More than 1500 are wounded. No numbers as
of yet
for dead.
Everyone will be affected. Everyone will know someone who may have
been
there,or who was just there.my son Dov interviewed for a position at
a law
firm located in the higher floors of the WTC a few weeks ago.Thank
God , he
accepted a position in another firm in Long Island or he would have
been
there at work today.I have received e-mail and phone calls from many
friends
from abroad as well as accross the country. Thank God we are OK. I
pray that
all of us come out of this ok. At present i am trying to locate other
friends
such as Barksdale and Baxter who work in the city.
The feeling here is like what was felt on Dec 7,1941. Shock, anger
and
frustration.
Helplessness.
But New Yorkers are resolute.With God'shelp we will do fine
