I just happened to see Sifu Mark Casey on here and I thought I
would join because he is my Sifu. Hello all hope to talk to you all
later gotta go ice my foot I think I broke it, but my mom says that
it's just a bad sprain. And to make it all worse she won't take me
to the doctor to get it checkes out.
