bless. The bigger u get the harder it is to keep or surpass the
speed that u already got naturally, or from training. U should
already know from training, the BIGGER the person, the more easy it
is to RIP him down, especially if he doesn't train. Theres nothing
wrong with building muscle because it does make u stronger but keep
stretching so u dont lose flexability. P.S. THE LADIES LIKE A BODY
THATS CUT NOT WORLDS STRONGEST MAN OR MR.UNIVERSE.
