This year's U17s indoor nationals will once again be held at Bishop Heber
High School in Malpas, Cheshire. The date for the tournament is March
8th/9th. Apologies to Airbadgers if they managed to qualify for Open
national indoors (they were battling it out for 5th/6th last I heard which
is a great performance). We have tried not to have the event clash but with
such an early Easter, we really have little choice.

The cost of the tournament will be £40 per team. To secure your team's
entry, please send a cheque payable to Bishop Heber High School and post to
Kevin Lowe, 15 Normanston Road, Oxton, Birkenhead. CH43 5SB. All players
must be in year 11 or below (assuming you are in the 'correct' school year).
Please note that this is different from international U17 rules where the
older year 11s (born Sep-Dec) would not be allowed to play.

Please let me know if you require accommodation. We may have some floor
space in Malpas, and I am trying to book Ivy Farm Hostel in Birkenhead for
York and any other teams interested. This should be available for both
Friday and Saturday nights at a cost of £5.50 per person per night. You do
need your own transport and the hostel is 35 miles from the tournament (my
daily commute).

Directions, seedings, schedule, etc. will be available nearer the time, but
please email me if you have teams interested, and get the cheque in the post
(or negotiate with me to pay nearer the time). Any questions, feel free to
