Please note that the enclosed schedule is just a possibility, and not for
definite. Currently we have 13 teams confirmed, with another 3 possible.
I've highlighted a possible schedule for 14 teams based on the assumption
that Stourbridge will have a team (they have 3 players and I have at least 2
more good players for them so just looking for another pickup or two). If
Artic manage to bring a 3rd team, Wakefield or Bishops turn up, then we'll
switch to the 16 team format which you can also find in the excel file. Feel
free to play with the different formats. I have run tournaments with each of
these and it may help someone if they have to run a tournament one day with
a very odd number of teams. The round robin generator for any number of
teams is my favourite creation.

If we have 15 teams enter, then an OAPs team will be created, so feel free
to drag along any over age players who might fancy a game in between
coaching.

Please don't arrive at the school before 09:30 on either day. Games will not
start before 10:00 at the earliest, and if we run with the 14 team model,
then we can delay the start even further. There may be an exhibition game
after 5pm for U13s and junior girls if we have 16 teams (trophies
available), otherwise these games slot in very nicely.

Any problems, let me know. There's still space in Arrowe Park youth hostel
for a team!

Kevin.
