RE: [juniorultimate] Re: Pull Rules for Indoor Nationals

I'm with Kev - the rules should be as similar to outdoor as possible as to not cause confusion for when players eventually transfer to outdoor. As a coach (and I use the term lightly) of Mowers U16s, I know that there have been occasions where they get the rules from indoor mixed in with outdoor, mainly the stall count. I myself find that I sometimes reach 8 on the stall, only to find that there's an extra two seconds I forgot, and then I lose, which is clearly unacceptable! =P

Stick with what we have now - it's confusing for newer players who have to change rules, and I can't see the problem with what we have at the moment.

All I was wondering whether the new pull rules will be used at Junior Indoor Nationals this year. There has been a lot of debate on this subject on both the BD...

This is a debate we need. Personally, I don't like the new rules as they currently stand, not for juniors anyway. I think we need to amend the 2 Metre rule at...

Now we don’t want to create a game that is vastly different more a game for juniors that will allow confidents and talent to grow. So I would recommend...

My opinion would be, that pulls have to be able to be caught (catchabu,sp?), it would be unfair to hurl the disc at the back wall, not forgetting this can...
