In case I didn't make it clear enough, £250 is the top amount that the whole
tournament will cost. That includes flights, group insurance, kit,
tournament entry (team and individual), accommodation (including extra
nights), food, and just about anything else (except beer / fizzy pop). You
will also need to get yourself to the airport.

The dates of the tournament are August 5th to 7th. There is an easyJet
flight out on Friday (5th) morning, and back Sunday evening, but this is not
ideal (ask any juniors that landed in Latvia at 1am and played at 9am). I'm
looking at flights out on the 4th and returning on the 8th.

Group insurance is only going to be for people who travel with the group in
both directions. Anyone booking different flights or planning their European
road trip should make their own insurance arrangements. I'll be using
Endsleigh as usual as they are the cheapest for students / under 18s.
