Right, I've just got back from taking all the year 7s away to Anglesey, and
I have a few minutes before flying out tonight for a weekend wedding in
Germany.

Fees have now been set for Sweden. 55 Euros, plus 200 Euros team fee. There
will be an additional cost for people wanting accommodation on the Thursday
and/or Sunday nights. Given that we have also to sort travel insurance, team
Kit, etc. I suggest the following...

If you want me to book your flight, then send me a cheque for £250 (payable
to Kevin Lowe) and I will send you the change once everything is paid for. I
would have preferred cheques to go through the UKU account, but since this
is going on my credit card and time is short, this is how it is going to
have to be. Additionally, send me your full name as it appears on your
passport, date of birth, and get yourself an E111 from the Post Office. You
may also tell me which airports would be easiest for you (and possibly your
group) to fly from. Stansted is looking the cheapest, but Heathrow, Luton,
Manchester and even Birmingham look possible. No idea about Exeter/ Bristol
but I'll look.

If you are arranging your own transport, then send me a cheque for £100 and
you will get change by the time we travel. All the accounts will be made
public so you can see exactly where the money is going.

The Swedish Under 16s have still only got 10 players, but are confident of
having a full team. They have their training camp on Wednesday, so I will
hold off booking the flights for under 16s until then. For the others
(Girls, GB Open Juniors AND GB Junior Open 2nd team) I will book as soon as
your cheque arrives. Additionally, anyone who still owes me money from Tour
2 (GB Juniors O team - you know who you are) will have to include an extra
£13 on their cheque to me.

It looks like Sweden have not managed to get a 2nd team out, but we are
still invited to send a 2nd team on the condition that they understand that
they cannot win a medal. I suggest people go and have a good time, and gain
some valuable experience. The more we have supporting our teams, the better
we will do.
