I did some investigation into Downes Field, which they have new turf inside the track.  The field is permitted to lacrosse starting 11am or so every sunday, for the whole day. 

 

There will be soccer starting there in the morning before that, but likely, not until april. 

 

The other field, the diamond and grass fields, are closed until at least april 2nd. 

 

Unoffically, if we want to have a game, we should, at least for the month of March, play at 8:30am or 9am on the turf, until the lacrosse players come.

 

That is really the only open time, otherwise, starting in April, That AMAZING Turf field is taken starting in the A.M. and going through the P.M. every day!!

 

It will be impossible to legally get that field, but until that time, I suggest a morning game.

 

Can we get some feedback on this?

 

8:30/9am start time for pickup at Downes Field?

 

I know it's hard to get up on sunday morning, but it's going to be worth it!!!
