Hello to my dear family, colleagues and friends,

My brother Johnny and his family with his wife Jessica along with his two kids/my nephews (Jacob the youngest 2 year old and Joshua the oldest 7 year old) I love so dearly have been missing for approximately 10 days and we believe foul play is a possibility.

 
Attached are four recent pictures of them and one old one.  Johnny recently cut his hair short almost like a buzz cut, he used to have long hair.  None the less he is usually seen wearing a dark baseball cap (In these pictures it's with the LA Logo).  His youngest Jacob has short hair now too (He's usually hyper running and jumping onto things)  and his oldest son Joshua has the same buzz cut as his father Johnny (Joshua is generally calm and usually something in his hands to play with such as his Nintendo DS)  Jessica has long flowing hair.  Johnny I never had to worry about because he's a 6'1" tall.  He's a pretty big guy with broad shoulders, usually with a goatee and protective of his family.  Now I'm concerned.  Johnny recently got into a motorcycle accident and has a cast on his right arm.

They let us know they were to leave for Laughlin, Neveda on Friday August 22nd, 2008 at 6PM and be back by Monday August 25th.  The last we heard from them is that same day driving on their way driving to Laughlin in a rental car.  Johnny and Jessica's cell phone now go straight to voicemail.  They are pretty communicative and it is unlike of them to have us concerned like this...They either usually contact our parents or keep in touch with close friends which of whom have not yet heard back from them either.

The police have been notified and they are processing a missing person's report.

Last known activity of their whereabouts is "so called" being "spotted" in Las Vegas at the Rio Hotel on Friday 8/29/2008 from a mutual friend who only saw them but did not talk to them. They had no idea about the entire family being missing for several days now.  I called the Rio Hotel last evening Tuesday 9/2/2008, and the hotel indicated that Jessica checked out the same day.  They have yet to show up home in Los Angeles .  We also found out that Joshua has not been checked into his school.  The police started an investigation of their recent credit card transactions and found out they have been pulling money out everyday and they believe it is not them doing the transaction.

If you may please pass this on to your networks and pray for their family, our family greatly appreciates it.  As always the power of the internet is the best known tool for these situations.  Someone we know within our networks may have been in Vegas at around the same time frame or can keep a look out for something suspicious in the near future.  If anyone hears or knows any further information about Johnny please feel free to respond back to my email at ixlnuxl@....  Thanks!
