Hey everyone,

This is Corpo Fechado (Zach). Sorry for the late notice but we have been
finalizing the details...my class in Irvine was asked to do a performance for
the IMMAE this weekend at the LA Convention Center. They asked for 2
performances each day...Saturday at 11 and 3 and Sunday at 11 and 1. It would be
great if we could have as many Batuqueiros there as possible high energy. This
is a convention center sized event so there are going to be thousands of people
there and it will be a great way to spread the word about Capoeira Batuque.
Everything is free except for parking for everyone that comes to perform. The
events will include martial arts demos, celeb appearances, and high profile MMA
vendors. We will have a booth there to hang out at in between performances.
If you can come please wear the most recent batizado shirt (brown) with white
pants and belt.
