I hope everyone is doing well!

As you may have already heard, Amber recently had to have knee surgery to repair
her meniscus and ended up on her parent's couch for 6 weeks. Luckily she had
insurance to cover the surgery. Unfortunately, she was just informed that her
insurance would not cover the costs of the physical therapy she needs to have a
speedy and healthy recovery. The Therapist recommended that she come in 3 times
per week during her 6 week recovery, which, at $200/visit is financially
impossible for her. So she has chosen to limit her visits to 3 total and
maintain the routine at home. Even with only 3 visits her costs will be upwards
of $600, which is all out of her pockets that are unfortunately not very deep
(she is unable to work for at least 6 weeks and is a student).

Her brother and I have decided to start a fund-raiser to help her pay these
medical bills and get her back on her feet … literally. Any donation is welcome
and appreciated, even 5 dollars helps!
