What's up Capoeiristas?

Mandatory demo for Xingu's Students, everyone else is welcome to come!

When? Tuesday, Feb. 10 at 6:30 pm.

Where? Temple Ahavat Shalom

Northridge, CA 91326

It's a demo for the YMCA we are going to play Capoeira with some of
kids and have an open roda for about 6 minutes, be there on ahead of
time, there is other demos and shows going on. We'll get free food
and we can stay to watch the other shows or advertise our school.

For those that are coming and don't have much expirience:
Come 15 - 30 minutes before the demo starts so that you can have time
to strech and warm up. Prevent injuries! You only have one body.
Don't be affraid of coming, a demo it's a great and fun adventure!

Xingu's students need to responde to this e-mail, I know some of you
guys have iphones and can answer as soon as you get this e-mail.
