translation below.

Ride #2

Meeting point: Kastel at the Moetza Mekomit (Area Council)
Route: Har Harat - Har Eitan - Tel Tzuba - back to Kastel
Estimated riding time: 3 hours

No charge for the rides and no need to register in advance. Not recommended
for under age 12. Not recommended for riders not experienced riding mountain
bikes. The route is only a recommendation. Nothing in this announcement
shall be taken as indication of taking any responsibility for the personal
safety or security of the participants. Every participant in the ride does
so of his/her own free will and is solely responsible for his/her own safety
and security. Bicycles can be rented: those interested should contact the
Amuta at least 1 week in advance. Phone: (02) 540-1641.

2. Renewed bike rack and road repair information-gathering

We're reviving our "where should we ask the city to put bike racks"
campaign. Have an idea of where it would be good to put a bicycle parking
facility ? Send it in with details of location, how many bikes should be
able to park there, and who would use it. We'll collate a list and bring it
to the Iriya (City Hall).

Also if there are road, path, or sidewalk locations in need of repair for
safe cycling, send those and we'll make a separate list.

Best format for submissions in in Hebrew, in a MS-Word or Dagesh2 file saved
as RTF. But any readable format Hebrew or English is acceptable.
