Hi!

Just as you may have forgotten Sunday morning 25th January 09
@ 07:00hrs, Newton Circus, exit-Bukit Timah.

Patrick Poetzsch and I will lead.

See you Sunday

Gérard

Pagi!

Shaping your legs for what is coming
during the next few months, lets start
with regular long rides. I am aware JF
did some Kulai rides already, but we haven't
been able to join so far.

Sunday morning be on the Newton roundabout at
07:00hrs sharp. (corner Bukit Timah)

The plan is to do the 150km ride
in a steady speed of 32-35km/hr.
"Perhaps" some surges in the hills.

Bring with you a valid passport,
if you have a pre-prepared immigration
card,spare tube, some Ringgit and
sun tan lotion.

Oakleys, Rudy Projects,golden teeths
and golden bracelets better be left at home.

If we have no punctures and a descent
prata brake, we should be back, nicely tanned
at Woodlands border around noon-time.

More questions? Please do send me an e-mail
or sms.( HP 96322715)

Hi JF,
I have not checked my Yahoo mail in at least a month. Forgot it was there!
The "Singapore Audax" outfits. Any going spare? or were they all pre-ordered?
And in another e-mail, something about discount on EPO ....

I went out with Michael this morning. To Bentong Hots springs and back. Very light traffic. and beautiful light on low cloud going over the top.
Trouble is we averaged 30kms/hr. My legs still ache.
Mad race DOWN the hills, as well as up

Gong Xi Fa Cai!

OK Chaps,
I am newbie at this Yahoo groups thing. My last note was meant for JF so please ignore. (Especially the bit where I plead for info on EPO)

Just for the record.
Later this year I will be organising a weekend ride in both KL and also down in Jakarta - well, based out of Pelabuhan Ratu on the south coast of Java. Need to check the roads first but it is decidedly "lumpy" down there. There are great cottages by the beach and super sea-food. I can organise transport from airport to the base-camp. Not long randonnees but challenging day trips. Also family friendly resort. Great surf.
Will check roads soon and get JF to poll interested folks for best dates. Horribly rainy at the moment.
Easter is early April ...

Average shall be around 30-31km/hour.

we regroup then for coffee, and go back to Singapore.

check list : please read carefully !

JF

OK Chaps,
I am newbie at this Yahoo groups thing.

Peter

JFT - many thanks for tolerating me on the ride today, I enjoyed getting out with your group.

Please excuse my lack of group etiquette - once I am on the road bike on a regular basis I will settle down but when I only ride my road bike once a week I get a little too excited.  ;-)  Add Patrick to the equation and it gets even worse.

Have a stellar week!  Cheers - Brad
