Correct me if I'm wrong but when we sent out the initial commitee vote email
surely we outlined the role each person of the commitee should fulfil. I think
what is needed is just structure cos biscuit probably just did everything rather
than letting it happen within the commitee! As for what the president has to do
this year come on I have already got the kit well under way with some help from
dale so all it involves is finding out which tournaments the team can and wants
to participate in and also getting the secretary and treasurer to sort out the
details and money. I think it should be nick and Dale for Prez as they both are
very involved in the club and it ain't a hard job especially not when there
would be two of them, even if only one of them is only the named prez and one is
vice prez.
Some one asked about the voting for the commitee (nick?) well everyine had a
chance to vote via email and the results were:
Prez, er to be filled
Treasurer, me
Social Sec, Barry
Captain, Tenpence a fuck tanner
secretary, Luke
Unless there are any major objections those are the commitee positions filled
all we need is el presidente....
