actually I had that problem for a while too, but
you know those running bands use? where one side
is a person holding a rubberbad that is connected
to the other side that is put on the runner, well
for the use of this, it helps you over correct
your self. You do your footwork into your throw,
like you are doing a full throw, and have someone
in the bad pulling it just enough to feel it and
running with you a little but still pulling when
you do your full throw. You do this without the
jav first adn then with, dont throw hard though.
