Hi,i'm an italian juniores javelin thrower(1984).If i can i want to
help you,so you can write something to my e-mail
minnicante@... have many technical instructions but written
in italian,if you want i can send these to you.i have also many photos
(of zelezny,of others throwers and...mine).do you think you are too
small for throwing?i'm only 1,75x70 kilos and in february i throw(i
don't know the past)60,91 meters.how is your weight?
