alot of times that can come from throwing side-arm, as well as trying
to just muscle it out there. Keep in mind that the lower body starts
the throw and try to keep your arm back until you're "wound up" and
ready to release. also, try to throw over your center of gravity,
that should help your elbow out. keep us updated and good luck.
