hey jav champ, I wish this coming year would be
my good throwing year, but I recented dislocated my
knee, and lost the quad muscle in my left knee, so
training will be a bit difficult. Have a good safe
christmas and good year. Didnt this year pass so quickly I
cant even fathom it, I mean I can remember the whole
2000 scare and now its already 2002. SO many things to
accomplish this year...
