To under weight you can work for over speed or
for easy technique throws and hand/arm
control<br><br>Over weight you can work for legs movements definition
and upbody position (it help you to get a arm back
position if you not try to pull with hand but yes with the
legs/chest) <br><br>or you can work on power throws using
under and over weights at same workout.<br>EX throw one
under one over try speed and then try the same speed
