Having problems with message search?
OK,OK ,I can't stall anymore.My britches are getting tighter so i better start. The past 2 years we usually did spins on tues. and thurs. around 4:30 to 5:30 or 6. These days and times are flexible
so let me know what works best for everyone.If any newcomers are interested ,call me if you have questions.528-0457 We use carmichael traning and spinervals dvd's.You can work as hard as you want.
