OK it took me 30:37 to run Oktoberfest 5k now my goal is to run Addies Run on the 27th in less than 30 minutes.  Let me know if anyone wants to slow down or speed up and run with me.  Addies run has info at http://www.scsc.k12.in.us/Jackson/05-06/Special_Events.htm
