Here are the results from the Jan 23rd show in Bellevue, Illinois:

1. Trik Davis def. Shane Hollister

This
was a very good opening contest and Hollister was very impressive in
his debut even in a losing effort. Hollister received a please come
back chant from the IWA regulars that made the trek down to Bellevue.

2. The Hooligans def. Ryan Phoenix & Stephen Saint

3. Egotistico Fantastico def. Juice Robinson

Juice
continues to be very impressive but Ego got the victory with the
springboard reverse direction moonsault. Ego wrestled with his left
shoulder/chest heavily bandaged due to the fireball he was hit with
last weekend by Trik Davis & Prince Mustafa Ali (Smooth
Operations.) Trik came out after the match and attacked Ego's injured
chest with a chair until being run off by Shane Hollister and Yellow
Dog. Yellow Dog then issued a challenge to Trik Davis for later in the
night since Chuck Taylor was unable to make it to Bellevue due to
having the flu.

4. Devon Moore def. Tyler Black

Tyler
cut a promo before the match about how he got his start in IWA and gave
his history with IWA...how he lost the loser leaves IWA match at the
2006 TPI and has hardly been used at all in IWA after the 6 months had
expired. He proclaimed his desire to become an IWA regular again and
how after he "beats this punk tonight," he "wants a heavyweight title
shot." Tyler was quite dominant for the majority of the match and
seemed to be on his way to victory until Jimmy Jacobs came out and put
Devon's foot on the rope to break the pinfall. This distracted Tyler
and let to a shouting match between the former Age of the Fall partners
and allowed Devon Moore to recover and nail Tyler with a superkick to
get the victory.

5. Mickie Knuckles def. Rain

This
match was mostly technical based unlike their previous wars in 2005
that were the hardest hitting women's matches in IWA history. The
technical got thrown out the window though half way through and it
turned into a fight. Mickie gets the victory following a vicious knee
lift with the titanium rod reinforced leg that knocked Rain
unconscious. Rain needed help back to the dressing room and Mickie only
partially looked concerned about knocking out Rain.

6. Necro Butcher def. Ricochet

This
was an outstanding big man/little man matchup that saw Necro just
totally destroy Ricochet in the early going beating him from one side
of the building to the other. Fans were beginning to worry for
Ricochet's well being and safety. Ricochet was able to control the
action for quite a while after the rocky start by using his quickness
and agility. He gained several near falls on Necro using this gameplan
to where the crowd thought they were going to see the upset. Ricochet
made a costly mistake though as he went high risk and climbed to the
top rope and jumped off towards Necro. Necro drilled Ricochet in the
face with a wicked right cross in mid air and gained the victory by
pinning the stunned Ricochet.

7. Trik Davis def. Yellow Dog

Trik
didn't quite know how to handle dealing with the unorthodox nature of
the Yellow Dog but he did gain the victory with a rollup and a handful
of the Yellow Dog's tail and trunks for leverage.

8. Dingo def. Jimmy Jacobs to retain the IWA Mid-South World Heavyweight Title

Jim
Fannin was the ring announcer for the match and Dingo pinched his cheek
as he had a very worried look on his face before doing the intros. They
then exchanged thumbs up before the start of the match. The match
started with a very respectful display of catch as catch can style of
wrestling and clean breaks. The mutual respect slowly evaporated
following several shoving matches and heated exchanges. It turned into
a brawl around the building that saw Dingo get busted open. Jimmy had
the upper hand as they returned to the ring until Tyler Black came out
to ringside and starting to try to get into the ring to go after Jimmy
for costing him earlier in the night vs. Devon Moore. As Jimmy argued
with Tyler Black, Jim Fannin started sneaking closer to the ring from
the commentary table and slid into the ring and then delivered a
running double axe handle to the base of the neck. Jacobs forward
momentum pushed him into the ref which caused the ref to tumble to the
floor. The ref got up and tried to run off Tyler Black. Fannin grabbed
the ref and threw him back into the ring as Dingo was hitting a
fisherman's suplex onto Jimmy Jacobs for the pinfall victory.

Ian
Rotten left the commentary table and came to the ringside area and
started yelling at Fannin asking why he interfered. Fannin claimed that
he did nothing and was at the commentary table with Rotten the entire
time. At this point, The Hooligans run out and attack Ian. Mickie comes
to try to save Ian but Rain comes out right behind Mickie and they
continue fighting. Fannin grabs Dingo and says that if Ian wants to be
in love with Jimmy Jacobs that they aren't going to help him fight off
the Hooligans. They leave as Jimmy Jacobs comes to with a chair to
chase off The Hooligans and Rain.

Jimmy Jacobs cuts a promo
saying that Jim Fannin has interfered in his matches for the last time
and that it is going to come to an end. He says that Fannin may have
done a lot for IWA but he doesn't put his body on the line like him and
the other WRESTLERS do. He then says that by the looks of things, he
now has Ian Rotten and Mickie Knuckles on his side in the war.

Ian
Rotten then tells Jimmy that the time has come for Fannin to show
whether he has any balls or not and stop getting other people to fight
his battles for him. It is time for Jim Fannin to fight Jimmy Jacobs
one on one. Jimmy was on his knees begging Ian to make the match. Ian
said that since Fannin wasn't a WRESTLER that he couldn't make him do
the match but that he had faith that enough buttons could eventually be
pushed to where the Fannin would agree to the match.

Ian then
turned his attention to The Hooligans and told them that on Feb 6 in
Bellevue that they were going to pay for calling Ian and Axl old men
last weekend. "This 38 year old fat scarred up old man is going to kick
your asses on the 6th!" and made the match of The Bad Breed vs. The
Hooligans.

The match was then made for Rain vs. Mickie Knuckles in a pinfalls count
anywhere match for February 6th in Bellevue as well.

Stay tuned to the message board for further details about the return to Bellevue
on Friday night February 6th.
