IWA Mid-South will be celebrating its 500th Show and returning for
our first show in 2008 after taking the winter off with a HUGE EVENT -
500th Show!

Saturday Night, March 1, 2008
Hartman Recreation Center
511 N. Collins Street
Joliet, IL
8 pm bell time; Doors open 7:15 pm
Ticket prices: $30 front row, $25 second row & $20 GA

We have lined up several stars to make our 500th show something very
special and the BIGGEST single night show in IWA history. We have
several wrestlers that have committed to be on the show and we will
announce their opponents soon. Those wrestlers include: The Necro
Butcher making an IWA Mid-South Death Match Title defense, Sexxxy
Eddie, Devon Moore, Human Tornado and several of the younger
wrestlers that we plan to feature heavily in 2008.

We will also be having random prizes attached under the seats of the
front row seats.

If you want to be a part of the IWA street team and help advertise
for this event, please contact Patti at rottenwife@.... We are
planning on having all advertising material finishing by January 2nd
so we can have plenty of time to get out a lot of advertising for
this event.

Now on to the announced matches:

IWA Mid-South World Heavyweight Title Match

"Last of a Dying Breed" Eddie Kingston vs. Too Cold Scorpio

Eddie Kingston had just won the IWA Mid-South World Heavyweight Title
by outlasting Chris Hero, Chuck Taylor and Mike Quackenbush in a 4
way elimination match on Ian Rotten's Retirement Show when the first
man into the ring to congratulate him was Too Cold Scorpio. The
lovefest was short lived however as the Too Cold Scorpio quickly used
the opportunity to become the first one to issue a challenge to the
new champion for a title shot. Eddie Kingston showed what kind of a
fighting champion he would be when he accepted the challenge saying
that it would be an honor to be in the same ring with Scorpio and an
even bigger honor to defeat him!

Fans Requested Tag Team Warfare

LuFisto & Mickie Knuckles vs. Vulgar Display of Power

After LuFisto defeated Mickie Knuckles for the 2007 Queen of the
Death Match title, the fans in attendance voiced their opinion that
they wanted to see the 2007 Queen team with the 2006 Queen of the
Death Matches. They not only wanted them to team, they wanted them to
take on the 2007 Double Death Tag Team Death Match champions Brain
Damage & Deranged. While the match will not take place in Plainfield,
Indiana, Ian Rotten still heard them loud and clear and will be
giving the fans the match at the 500th Show in Joliet, Illinois.
LuFisto and Mickie have a lot of naysayers that think they shouldn't
be in the ring with the VDOP. They will be fighting not only two of
the toughest men in wrestling but also the stereotypes and prejudices
against them from the fans that think that women can't be as tough as
the men. Will the naysayers be proven right or will it be a stand up
and take notice event to remember for all involved?

IWA Strong Style Title - 4 Way Elimination - Knockout or Submission
Only

Drake Younger vs. Roderick Strong vs. Michael Elgin vs. Viking

IWA will be forming a new title for the strong style guys to fight
for and this will be 4 great competitors to vie to become the first
ever IWA Mid-South Strong Style Champion. Fans have been asking for
IWS' Viking to make his debut in IWA Mid-South and he will...but he
will have his hands full when he has to take on Drake, Roderick and
Elgin. Who can survive this ultimate fight to the finish when only
knockout or submission can eliminate your opponents?

I Quit Match

Jimmy Jacobs vs. "Serial Killer" Jack Thriller

Thriller has forced Jimmy to tap out two times to the figure four
leglock in their two previous matches of late in IWA Mid-South. Jimmy
Jacobs is embarrassed and pissed off that he can't defeat the "Serial
Killer" and now he wants to prove that his knee injury is healed
enough for him to start to return the favor on Thriller.

Much more will be added to this lineup in the coming months as we
intend to come out of hiatus with a huge bang.

Be there to join us as we celebrate this historic occassion of an
independent wrestling company holding its 500th show!

Tickets will be going on sale December 22.

We accept Paypal , checks and money orders.

Paypal address is Rottenwife@...

Checks or money orders make payable to Mickie Knuckles.
