Here are your official results from "Bad Blood Rising" in Joliet, IL on
July 21st:
1) Battle Royal where the winner receives a title shot against Chuck
Taylor later in the night since BJ Whitmer was ill and unable to make it
to the show. Mickie Knuckles wins the battle royal much to the delight
of the live crowd.
2) Troy Hades def. Keith Cream - Troy did the damnedest move I have ever
seen to win this match. He had his opponent hooked for what looked to be
a Pedigree. He then jumped up and landed knees first onto his back and
then did like a sunset flip powerbomb and landed it in the form of a
lungblower. I saw it and I still don't believe it.
3) Billy Roc def. Chris Hamrick
4) CJ Otis def. Jack Thriller
5) Chrisjen Hayme def. The Hype Jimmy Shalwin. Shalwin was one of the
most cheered men all night but he missed the moonsault and Hayme hit the
450 for the win.
6) Chuck Taylor def. Mickie Knuckles in a title vs. title match to
become the new IWA Mid-South Women's Champion so Chuck is on a roll
heading into next week as he is just days away from becoming the longest
reigning IWA Mid-South Heavyweight Champion ever and now he has the
Women's Championship and maybe the Light Heavyweight Championship as
well after next week!!! The crowd thought that Mickie had it won as she
hit a Top Rope Belly to Belly Suplex and then did a hardway suplex and a
German Suplex but Chuck Taylor was able to survive that onslaught. Chuck
eventually hit a vicious Omega Driver onto the basketball court floor on
Mickie. He rolled her back into the ring to gain the pinfall victory.
7) The Iron Saints def. Naptown Dragons (xOMGx & Vortekz) to retain the
IWA Mid-South Tag Team Titles after hitting the pendelum double foot
stomp. It was announced before the match that Sal is no longer the #1
seed in the TPI but he is running for President in 2008 as a GREEN Party
candidate and he wants to legalize marijuana. I think we have a new
contender for most popular person of the night with the fans.
8) Ian Rotten def. Freak Show in the Joliet Street Fight and fight is
what it was. A major fist fight all over the place. The fans were crazy
for this one and Ian gets the victory with the Rotten Rush as Freak Show
was holding the spike. Ian takes the spike and gets ready to go after
Show when Insane Lane and Tank hit the ring. Before they could spike Ian
however, Corporal and Drake make the save.
9) Drake Younger def. Insane Lane in the barbed wire madness match. Lane
powerbombed Drake through a barb wire table. Drake did a flying
crossbody off the top sending Lane crashing down onto a barb wire board.
Drake went for a frog splash from the top to the floor but the barb wire
table DID NOT BREAK. Sick. Drake then goes back up top and comes off
with an elbowdrop and breaks the table and pins Lane.
10) Tank def. Corporal Robinson in a Fans Bring the Weapons match to
become the new IWA Mid-South Death Match Champion with interference from
Lane and Show to help him get the win. They beat on Corporal until the
Mid South crew run out and save him. Ian calls out Chuck Taylor and
tells him that he needs to beat Mike Quackenbush on the next IWA Deep
South show on September 1st and bring their title to us. He then tells
Chuck that he has 30 days to prove that he is a woman or else he can't
keep the women's title. Ian lets Freak Show know that he will draw more
blood, break more bones and put Freak Show out for longer than Show put
him out for.

Here are your results from "Gory Days 3: A Family Reunion" in
Sellersburg, IN on July 22nd
1. Captain Rooney def. L.A. Warren
2. Drake Younger def. Vortekz
3. Mickie Knuckles def. Chrisjen Hayme
4. HyZaya w/ Uncle Honkey def. Cash Flo Jon Howard started as ref. He
kept cheating in favor of Cash. This eventually brought out Brent Blades
whom is good friends with HyZaya and they started in IWA together. Brent
gets into the ring and we have a ref fight on our hands. Brent spears
Jon Howard and kicks his ass and takes over as ref. HyZaya with the
swanton and the win. Cash doesn't like that result so he attacks after
the match and hits the Oh Shit legdrop.
5. Chuck Taylor def. Nate Webb to retain the IWA Mid-South World
Heavyweight Championship This provided one of the great moments of the
day at the IWA Family Reunion as Nate Webb shared a puff or two and a
dance with CRAZY PIPE GUY! It almost brought a tear to my eye to see the
reunion of one of the most popular tag teams in IWA Clarksville building
days. Chuck was on today as he complained about how hot the canvas was
and shouted "whoever had the idea of doing an outdoor show in the
summer...stupidest idea EVER." Chuck threw an invisible grenade at a kid
in the front row and told him he was dead. Chuck Taylor then got a roll
of duct tape and had Nate Webb down on the canvas. He then put one piece
of duct tape across the chest of Nate and climbed to the top rope for a
moonsault. He bragged to the crowd that duct tape is invincible and Nate
couldn't move, but a burst of superhuman strength enabled Nate to
overpower the piece of duct tape and move. There was a big school bus
that was parked in the parking lot and they went inside the bus and Nate
got the upper hand and kept slamming Chuck's face into the horn and
causing the horn to beep several times and then Chuck collasped onto the
horn and let out an extended blow. They then went on top of the bus and
tried several suplexes but didn't connect and then got down and back to
the ring. Chuck wins with the Omega Driver after reversing out of
Soylent Green.
Mitch Page Retirement Ceremony All the old faces of IWA Mid-South got
into the ring and then Colors played and Mitch Page walked to the ring
with Rollin' Hard and Jim Fannin. A bunch of the guys then told some
funny and often times illegal stories about Mitch Page and gave him send
off hugs and handshakes. Mitch then gave a speech thanking all the fans
for their support. Ian then told Mitch that every wrestler goes out on
his back and that he should have one more "match" in him. Mitch then
laid in the center of the ring and Mitch's little boy hopped on top of
him and got the 1,2,3 for his first career win in an IWA ring. Very
touching moment.
6. Chris Hero def. Chris Hamrick
7. Ricky Morton def. Tracy Smothers
8. Rollin' Hard def. Corporal Robinson - Tank came out and distracted
Corporal by taunting him with the IWA Death Match Title and Rollin' took
advantage by hitting the Nigga Knocka for the victory. Mitch then got
into the ring to celebrate with Rollin' for winning the JCW title until
finding out that the title was not on the line.
9.) Freak Show def. Ian Rotten - Barbed Wire Bat match - This was just
as brutal and violent as the match in Joliet but even bloodier. I can't
remember the last time I saw Ian this bloody and I will have a few
pictures tomorrow when I return home and can hook my camera up to the
computer. Freak Show worked over Ian's ribs after Ian missed a splash in
the corner and went ribs first into one of the BW bats. Ian went for a
body slam and fell backwards and landed onto the BW Bat and Freak Show
got the pin. Lane and Tank hit the ring and they tape Ian to the ropes
and start dousing him in lighter fluid. Corporal and Drake make the
save. Ian gets on the mic and announces that since it is obvious that
Deep South wants to play with fire...Sunday August 5th at the return to
Alley Cats...Ian Rotten vs. Freak Show - Burning Ropes match. They will
take towels and soak them and then wrap them around the ropes and set
all the towels on fire and he will then send Freak Show to hell.
10.) Mad Man Pondo & Too Tuff Tony def. Tank & Insane Lane in a Fans
Bring the Weapons match when they execute a powerbomb, superplex through
some light tubes to get the win. Crazy match with all kinds of crazy
weapon action. After the match, Tank and Lane attack the winners until
the entire locker room chases everyone off. Tony and Pondo then issue
the challenge for High Impact Tables (can set the tables on fire or jump
off the bus or roof of the building and put someone through a table) for
August 5th.
