I just finished talking with Ian and he is so pumped up about the
upcoming Ted Petty Invitational Tournament. He has asked me to let the
fans know that he is saying that this will be the one show this year
from IWA that you will not want to miss. If you are capable of getting
to this event and choose to not go, you will be kicking yourself in
the ass for a long time.

This year's Ted Petty Invitational is shaping up to be one of the best
since the tournament started. We are heading into the 6th year of this
prestigious 2 day tournament, which was renamed after the late Ted
Petty/ Flyboy Rocco Roc passed away on September21, 2002. With some
big names and promising first round match-ups, this is guaranteed to
be a tournament you do not want to miss.

Light Heavyweight Champion Josh Abercrombie will take on Tyler Black.
Yes, you read that right folks. The loser of this match will have to
leave IWA for 6 months. After the two recently met in the squared
circle in a HAIR vs. MUSTACHE match, Josh somehow manipulated the fine
print to where when he lost his mustache would be saved but his head
would have to be shaved instead. Immediately after the match, Josh
announced that IWA wasn’t big enough for the both of them and
therefore he dropped out of the TPI tournament and challenged Tyler
Black to a LOSER LEAVES IWA match!

IWA Heavyweight Title Match
Champion "Mr. Insanity" Toby Klein vs. Chuck Taylor
In this year’s Lethal Lottery, as was in the previous year, the
winners of the matches during the show would all be placed in the
Battle Royal at the end of the night. One of the stipulation’s: The
winner of the Battle Royal would have a chance at the Heavyweight
Title at this year TPI. Chuck Taylor qualified for a shot for the
title by eliminating Brandon Thomaselli and becoming the last man in
the ring. Toby Klein, being more known for his hardcore background,
has been currently proving himself as a technical wrestler as well.
This match-up will definitely be interesting to say the least!

GRUDGE MATCH/ Tag Team Match
"Iron Saints" Vito and Sal Thomaselli vs. American Kickboxer & Tarek
Being of the old school IWA roster, Tarek and American Kickboxer are
no strangers when it comes to IWA traditions and brutal beatings as
they have both faced each other numerous times in the IWA ring. But
now they are tagging up to take on the "Iron Saints" Vito and Sal
Thomaselli. The Thomaselli brothers have attacked and beaten American
Kickboxer, but how will they fair against the evening of the odds as
Tarek tags with American Kickboxer for this match?
