IWA Mid-South News for 02.04.05

TONIGHT - FRI 2/4 IN VALPARAISO!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

IWA Mid-South Wrestling, in association with NWA Midwest, returns to action
TONIGHT, Friday, February 4th, at the National Guard Armory (1502 Linwood Ave)
in Valparaiso, IN. Bell time is 8pm for this event, to give fans outside the
area a little extra time to make the trip. Tickets are $20, $15, and just $10
general admission, and will be available at the door.

The card will feature a Steel Cage Match for the IWA Light Heavyweight Title
as Delirious defends against former champion Jimmy Jacobs. These two have
traded the belt since the summer months, competing in a ladder match as well as
a
first blood match, before Delirious regained the title on 12/12 in a Title
Versus Mask bout. These two men will meet inside of a Steel Cage for the first
time tonight in Valparaiso!

IWA World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk will put the title on the line against
former champ and 2003 Ted Petty Invitational tournament winner Danny
Daniels... Former Ring of Honor World Champion Samoa Joe returns to IWA-MS
competition
against 1/3 of the IWA World Tag Team Champions, Brad Bradley... plus the
event will feature an eight man single elimination tournament to crown the NWA
Indiana State Champion!

Directions to the Valparaiso Armory: From I-65, take Exit 253 (US-30 East).
Take US-30 East approximately 15 miles into Valparaiso, and make a left on
Linwood Avenue. This will put you right at the venue. The Armory is located
across
from Valparaiso University.

Then tomorrow night, Saturday, 2/5, IWA-MS teams up with NWA No Limits
Wrestling for an event in Muscatine, IA. Visit www.nlwrestling.com for details.

We return to Vincennes, IN on 2/11, and are back in Highland at the Lincoln
Center on 2/12.

ALEX SHELLEY will be unable to appear on the 2/12 Highland card due to some
mixed communication concerning his availability for the date. Shelley's
scheduled opponent for the show, the returning "Anarchist" ARIK CANNON, will
face a
wrestler to be named during the coming days.

RYAN BOZ is sidelined for the next few weeks as he is recovering from a
combination of both pneumonia and bronchitis. He's expected to receive doctors'
clearance to return to the ring during late February.

HIGHLAND GENERAL ADMISSION LOWERED TO $10
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To clear up any confusion concerning Highland ticket prices, beginning with
the 2/12 event, general admission at the Lincoln Center is indeed being lowered
to $10. This will remain in effect for future Highland shows as well. The
only other change is front row being raised to $30 to offset the general
admission change. Front row tickets for 2/12 are almost gone. Tickets will
remain
available in $25, $20, and $15 seating areas as well, giving fans a wide variety
of ticket prices to choose from. We hope the $10 general admission will help
fans bring more of their friends to the events in Highland, to show them what
IWA Mid-South has to offer.
