RESULTS 1/29 RENSSELAER, IN @ ARMORY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

IWA Mid-South Wrestling, in association with NWA Midwest, returned to the
National Guard Armory in Rensselaer, IN on Saturday night, January 29th. Here's
what went down...

1. "The Human Rulebook" CHANDLER McCLURE def. TRIK DAVIS with a schoolboy and
a handful of tights while Davis had his attention on McClure's "potential
manager" JIM FANNIN at ringside.

2. BRAD BRADLEY def. "Metalhead" STEVE STONE with a modified Snow Plow.

3. TJ DALTON def. "Hard Knocks" RYAN ASH with a superkick.

4. DAIZEE HAZE def. JENIFER CARLISLE with a heart punch/Yakuza kick
combination.

5. DANNY DANIELS def. SAL THOMASELLI with the Rubik's Cube.

6. DELIRIOUS def. JOSH ABERCROMBIE following the Panic Attack. After the
match Delirious pulled a metal turnbuckle rod out of his kick pad, which
assisted
in the victory.

7. MATT SYDAL retained the NWA Midwest X Division Title against VITO
THOMASELLI following a second half nelson pumphandle driver, after hitting one
moments
earlier in the match.

8. JIMMY JACOBS def. BRANDON THOMASELLI in a Respect Match following the
Contra Code. Before the match, Thomaselli told Jacobs he already respected him,
and asked Jacobs to be his tag team partner on 2/12 in Highland against VITO &
SAL THOMASELLI, but Jacobs attacked him in response. The two had more of a
brawling style match than their previous encounters, sending one another through
the chairs in several sections around the building. Thomaselli hit Jacobs with
a corkscrew plancha off the top of a Coke machine on the floor. Thomaselli had
Jacobs pinned with the Air Raid Crash, but Jacobs' foot reached the bottom
rope to break the count. After Jacobs hit the Contra Code on Thomaselli, his
foot was on the rope at 2 as well, but Jacobs pulled it off the rope before the
referee saw it and counted three. Thomaselli proceeded to tell Jacobs that he
"Used to respect him," and the two erupted in a post-match brawl back to the
locker room.

The show was filmed by IWA-MS for home video release, with commentary by Dave
Prazak, Matt Sydal, and Trik Davis.


PUNK TO DEFEND TITLE IN VALPO THIS FRIDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

IWA-MS returns to action this Friday, February 4th, with an event at the
National Guard Armory in Valparaiso, IN (1502 Linwood Avenue), just down Hwy 30
(Exit 253 on I-65). Bell time is 7:30pm. The Valpo show will feature a one night
eight man single elimination tournament to crown the NWA Indiana State
Champion.

The next night, Saturday, 2/5, IWA-MS teams up with NWA No Limits Wrestling

We return to Vincennes, IN on 2/11, and are back in Highland at the Lincoln
Center on 2/12.

ALEX SHELLEY will be unable to appear on the 2/12 Highland card due to some
mixed communication concerning his availability for the date. Shelley's
scheduled opponent for the show, the returning "Anarchist" ARIK CANNON, will
face a
wrestler to be named during the coming days.

RYAN BOZ is sidelined for the next few weeks as he is recovering from a
combination of both pneumonia and bronchitis. He's expected to receive doctors'
clearance to return to the ring during late February.

HIGHLAND GENERAL ADMISSION LOWERED TO $10
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To clear up any confusion concerning Highland ticket prices, beginning with
the 2/12 event, general admission at the Lincoln Center is indeed being lowered
to $10. This will remain in effect for future Highland shows as well. The
only other change is front row being raised to $30 to offset the general
admission change. Front row tickets for 2/12 are almost gone. Tickets will
remain
available in $25, $20, and $15 seating areas as well, giving fans a wide variety
of ticket prices to choose from. We hope the $10 general admission will help
fans bring more of their friends to the events in Highland, to show them what
IWA Mid-South has to offer.
