VALPARAISO TOURNEY SHOW MOVED TO 2/4
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

First off, a reminder that due to the snowstorm of up to twelve inches
predicted for the northern Indiana and Chicago region this weekend, IWA
Mid-South
Wrestling management has made he decision to postpone tonight's (1/22) show in
Valparaiso, IN until Friday night, February 4th.

All of the talent scheduled to appear as part of the NWA Indiana State Title
Tournament, as well as the Delirious vs. Jimmy Jacobs cage match, are
available and booked for the new date of 2/4 in Valparaiso, which will hopefully
provide for safer travel conditions for fans and wrestlers alike.

In addition to the existing lineup remaining in place for the show, added to
the rescheduled date of 2/4 is the IWA-MS return of SAMOA JOE!

The 2/4 Valpo date will also have a start time of 8pm, to allow fans from the
Chicago area bit more time to make the trip to the venue on a Friday evening.

We apologize to fans for the inconvenience if you had planned on making the
trip to Valpo this weekend. We wish you all safe travels wherever you may head
this weekend, and hope to see everyone on 2/4 as we crown the NWA Indiana
State Champion.


RESULTS 01.21.05 BLOOMINGTON, IN @ ARMORY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

IWA Mid-South Wrestling, in association with NWA Midwest, returned to the
National Guard Armory in Bloomington, IN on Saturday night, 1/21 for the
"Hoosierland Brawl." Here's what went down...

1. TRIK DAVIS def. "The Human Rulebook" CHANDLER McCLURE via an arm
submission after McClure inadvertently rammed his shoulder into the ring post
and Davis
went after the injured arm.

2. HILLBILLY JED def. INDIANA KIDD with a reverse direction splash off the
second rope.

3. MATT SYDAL def. SILAS YOUNG with a victory roll to retain the NWA Midwest
X Division Title. The second rope snapped during the match as Sydal was
attempting a springboard moonault.

4. DAIZEE HAZE def. MICKIE KNUCKLES in a Submission Match with a modified
version of the Cattle Mutilation (double arm bridge submission hold), with the
Mickie's arms in a double hammerlock position, Daizee's head positioned on
Mickie's neck.

5. DELIRIOUS def. BRANDON THOMASELLI with the Chemical Imbalance II after
over twenty minutes of action.

6. 2 TUFF TONY def. CORPORAL ROBINSON in a Falls Count Anywhere Tables Match
with the 2 Tuff Driver off the ring apron through a table on the floor.

7. IAN ROTTEN def. "Metalhead" STEVE STONE in a Steel Cage Match via
submission with the figure four leglock. Post-match, JIM FANNIN and CHANDLER
McCLURE
attacked Rotten, leading to TRIK DAVIS diving off the top of the cage to save
the day for the second week in a row.

The event was filmed by Smart Mark Video for home video release, with
commentary by Dave Prazak, Jim Fannin, and Trik Davis. IWA-MS returns to the
Bloomington Armory on 2/26.

In addition to the Bloomington release, Smart Mark Video will have the 1/8
Muscatine, IA event available later this week, complete with commentary and a
bonus match.

HIGHLAND GENERAL ADMISSION LOWERED TO $10
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

To clear up any confusion concerning Highland ticket prices, beginning with
the 2/12 event, general admission at the Lincoln Center is indeed being lowered
to $10. This will remain in effect for future Highland shows as well. The
only other change is front row being raised to $30 to offset the general
admission change. Front row tickets for 2/12 are almost gone. Tickets will
remain
available in $25, $20, and $15 seating areas as well, giving fans a wide variety
of ticket prices to choose from. We hope the $10 general admission will help
fans bring more of their friends to the events in Highland, to show them what
IWA Mid-South has to offer.
