--BAILEY MAKES WEBB SAY 'I QUIT;' STEEL CAGE MATCH 2/28!!
--BRADLEY & BOZ TO BATTLE SYDAL & DELIRIOUS IN TLC MATCH!!
--NEW WRESTLERS ARRIVE IN IWA MID-SOUTH!!

IWA Mid-South Wrestling returned to the National Guard Armory in Lafayette,
Indiana on Saturday night, January 31st. Here's what went down...

1. JAIMY COXXX def. EDDIE VENOM when Venom missed a running boot in the
corner, crotched himself on the top rope, and Coxxx covered him, with his feet
on
the ropes for leverage.

2. "The Tremendous" EMIL SITOCI def. "CK3" CONRAD KENNEDY III following
Tremendosity (reverse flying bodypress into a chinbreaker).

3. BJ WHITMER (w/ Jim Fannin) def. "Anarchist" ARIK CANNON following his
second exploder suplex executed during the course of the bout. Before the match,
IAN ROTTEN gave Cannon a pep talk about how Whitmer is a golden opportunity for
Cannon to keep working his way up the ladder in IWA Mid-South, and he needed
to seize that opportunity. Cannon put in a very strong showing, but could not
come up with the victory.

4. PETEY WILLIAMS def. CASANOVA following a snap neckbreaker.

5. DAIZEE HAZE def. MS. CHIF in an IWA Womens Division matchup with the
Daizee Cutter. The referee for the bout was Daizee's frequent opponent, and
sometimes tag team partner, MICKIE KNUCKLES, who called the match down the
middle. In
several instances, Ms. Chif took issue with Mickie's officiating, but the two
refrained from any physical contact considering Mickie's role as referee for
the contest.

6. MATT SYDAL def. DELIRIOUS to retain the IWA Light Heavyweight Championship
following a moonsault top rope belly to belly suplex. After the pinfall, BRAD
BRADLEY & RYAN BOZ hit the ring and attacked both wrestlers, which brought
CORPORAL ROBINSON, "Spyder" NATE WEBB, and others out of the locker room to run
them off. IAN ROTTEN announced that if Bradley and Boz are still angry that
Sydal and Delirious defeated them back in December, they'll get their rematch
against Sydal and Delirious on 2/28 in Lafayette, but it will be with tables,
ladders, and chairs stipulations.

7. JC BAILEY def. "Spyder" NATE WEBB in an I Quit Match. These two men
battled all around the Lafayette Armory for over 30 minutes of hard hitting
action,
which saw Bailey busted open early on from Webb's Fang (moonsault van
terminator). Webb set up three chairs inside the ring, stood on one, stood
Bailey on a
second, and hit Bailey with Soylent Green onto the third. Before Nate could
capitalize on the maneuver, BJ WHITMER hit the ring and gave Webb an exploder
suplex. This was followed up with further interference just seconds later from
BRAD BRADLEY and RYAN BOZ, who gave Webb their double horsecollar faceplant,
to allow for Bailey to force Webb to say "I quit." IAN ROTTEN ran Bailey from
the ring with a steel chair post-match, and announced that on 2/28 in
Lafayette, Bailey will have nowhere to run, and won't be able to have his
cohorts run
in, as it will be Webb-Bailey, pinfall or submission, inside a steel cage.

8. "Metalhead" STEVE STONE & CORPORAL ROBINSON def. BRAD BRADLEY & RYAN BOZ
(w/ Jim Fannin) in the main event tag matchup following Robinson hitting the
Boot Camp. Bradley and Boz effectively kept Robinson on the apron (and
continually knocked off the apron) for the majority of the second half of the
match, as
they dished out a double team beating on Stone. When Stone was finally able
to tag Robinson in, and it looked as though Corp and the Metalhead had victory
within their grasp, Jim Fannin took the attention of the referee. This brought
DELIRIOUS and MATT SYDAL out to ringside for a little bit of payback, as they
in turn distracted Bradley and Boz from the floor just enough for Robinson to
hit the Boot Camp and score the pinfall.

NOTES: The show was filmed for home video release, with commentary by Dave
Prazak, Ian Rotten, Nate Webb, and Arik Cannon... Fans in attendance saw the
debut appearances in IWA competition of Eddie Venom (Michigan), CK3 (Michigan
and
Canada), and Ms. Chif (Missouri)... In addition to the Bradley/Boz vs.
Delirious/Sydal TLC matchup on 2/28 in Lafayette, Ian Rotten also announced that
on
4/10 in Highland, as part of IWA's "Simply The Best 5" event, Sydal would get
the chance to do battle one on one with "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles... Danny
Daniels missed the event due to being kept for observation at the hospital after
sustaining an asthma attack while undergoing ear surgery on Friday. He will
return to action 2/13 in Highland... The 3/6 Highland event will take place as
part of an independent wrestling double header in the region, as our friends
at Revolution Championship Wrestling are holding an event in LaSalle, IL which
will begin at 1pm, while IWA will be running in Highland, IN at 7:30pm. RCW is
looking to set up a bus trip from LaSalle to Highland, and back, for those

IWA Mid-South returns to action on Friday, February 13th, at the Lincoln
Center (located at 2450 Lincoln Street) in Highland, Indiana. This event is
"Payback, Pain, and Agony." The Lincoln Center is just minutes outside of
Chicago,
off exit 2A on I-94. Bell time is 7:30pm. Tickets are $15, $12, and $10, will
be available at the door on the night of the event, and are currently available
in advance at the Lincoln Center box office.
