--MARK WOLF WINS IWA WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE FROM CHRIS HERO!!
--ROLLIN HARD TURNS ON MITCH PAGE!!
--STILL SPACE AVAILABLE FOR EAST COAST BUS TRIP TO KOTDM!!

IWA Mid-South Hardcore Wrestling presented "When Good Friends Go Bad" at the
IWA Arena in Clarksville, IN on Saturday night, June 7th. Here's what went
down...

1. JC BAILEY def. HY-ZAYA & "Spyder" NATE WEBB to retain the IWA Light
Heavyweight Title in the opening match three way dance.

2. CORPORAL ROBINSON def. BRAD BRADLEY with a superkick.

3. BJ WHITMER def. DANNY DANIELS via pinfall with a roll-up and back bridge.
It appeared that both men had their shoulders down to the canvas, but referee
MICKIE ruled that Whitmer's shoulder was up, and declared him the winner of
the match.

4. MARK WOLF def. CHRIS HERO via submission with the Carolina cloverleaf to
win the IWA World Heavyweight Title in just over 25 minutes of hard hitting
action. Hero focused on the head and back of Wolf for the duration of the match,
while Wolf went after Hero's knee. Wolf hit Hero with the Nevermind DDT, but
Hero was able to kick out. Similarly, Hero hit Wolf with the Hero's Welcome,
and Wolf kicked out. Hero was also able to lock in the Hangman's Clutch twice,
but Mark made his way to the ropes to force a break both times. During the
closing moments of the bout, frustration began to set in when Hero wasn't able
to
score the victory, and he ultimately tapped out while in the cloverleaf in the
center of the ring.

5. IAN ROTTEN def. "Mean" MITCH PAGE (w/ Jim Fannin) in the main event Fans
Bring The Weapons match. Page attempted to collect the now $10,000 bounty on
the head of Rotten, but was unsuccessful as the two beat each other to a bloody
pulp all around the building. During the closing moments of the match, ROLLIN'
HARD hit the ring and was tossed a guitar by Fannin. Just as Rollin' looked
like he was about to clock Ian with the guitar to help out Page and Fannin, he
blasted Page in the head instead, which allowed Rotten to score the pinfall.
After the match, Rollin' and Mitch had words on the mic, and it looks as though
Mean & Hard have a score to be settled during the coming weeks.

The event was filmed by the IWA for home video release, with commentary by
Dave Prazak, Ian Rotten, and Corporal Robinson.

Clarksville, IN this coming Saturday night, 6/14. Bell time is 8pm Eastern, and

The 2003 "King of the Death Matches" tournament will take place on August 1st
& 2nd in Clarksville, IN. Tickets are currently on sale, and moving fast. You
can still get tickets in the 3rd and 4th rows of the floor, as well as
general admission. Prices are $36 & $32 for two night packages, or $20 & $18 for
single night tickets. Tickets can be purchased at any live IWA events or by
sending a check or money order payable to Jim Fannin, to: IWA Mid-South, PO Box
21476, Louisville, KY 40221.

the first night is a rematch of one of the most talked about rivalries in IWA
history, CM Punk vs. Chris Hero.

wrestler in the business. Also the return of Cash Flo as he takes on Ian Rotten,
this match features plenty of stiff headbutts. Also in a hardcore classic Corp.
