IWA Mid-South Hardcore Wrestling presented "April Bloodshowers 2003" this
past Friday night, April 18th at the IWA Arena in Clarksville, Indiana. Here
are your results...

1. BABYFACE def. ABU COLOSSUS

7. JC BAILEY def. "Spyder" NATE WEBB w/ Lollipop to retain the IWA Light
Heavyweight Title (Barbed Wire Tables/Light Tube Tables/Ladders/Chairs/Falls
Count Anywhere Match)

SHOW NOTES: The event was filmed by Smart Mark Video, with commentary by Dave
Prazak, Jim Fannin, Ian Rotten, and Steve Stone... Tracy Smothers wrestled
his match barefoot... Alex Shelley lost his hair as a result of the match
stipulation against Jimmy Jacobs... Brad Bradley lost the First Blood Match
to Corporal Robinson when a small amount of blood was found on his forehead
by the referee after getting hit with a chain, but after the match, Bradley
and Eryn beat Robinson to a bloody pulp in a vicious attack... JC Bailey
defeated Nate Webb following a Michinoku Driver off the Spyder's Nest (Smart
Mark hard cam/announcers platform) through two stacked barbed wire tables. As
a result, the platform has now become Bailey's Nest. Other maneuvers of note
from the match included a rana off the top rope to the floor through a light
tube covered table by Webb on Bailey, and a Sullivan double stomp off the top
of the ladder in the ring to the floor onto Bailey's midsection, putting
Bailey through a table... Ian Rotten gained the victory over Michael Todd
Stratton following two piledrivers on a steel chair, and Stratton was
stretchered from the ring post-match after a third piledriver... BJ Whitmer
was the first man eliminated from the Three Way Dance. Jerry Lynn put away
Jonny Storm with a cradle piledriver off the 2nd rope... Axl Rotten defeated
Mad Man Pondo in the main event following a brutal chairshot. Post-match, Ian
Rotten came to the ring, encouraged promoters to put their faith in Axl
Rotten as he has cleaned himself up, and extended an invitation to Axl to not
only compete on as many IWA Mid-South regular events from this point forward
as possible, but also to be a part of King of the Death Matches 2003 on
August 1st & 2nd. Before the show closed, Ian thanked Mad Man Pondo for
making arrangements to bring Badboy Hido back to the IWA for KOTDM, as well
as Kintaro Kanemura, and Ian asked Pondo on the mic if he would do his best
to make it possible for Jun Kasai to be brought over as well.

IWA Mid-South returns to action this coming Saturday night, April 26th, at
the IWA Arena (1390 Woerner Ave.) in Clarksville, IN. Bell time is 8pm
Eastern. Tickets are $10 & $8 and will be available at the door.

38 Minutes of awesome action! One of the best matches I've ever seen live.
Incredible from start to finish. You have to see that to believe.

wXw Got Eggs (2003/04/19)
Chris Hero vs. Martin Nolte
Hero beat Nolte for the title last month and this was the rematch because
some fans thought Nolte did not tapped out. The build the match very well for
the tap our of Nolte. It was an emotional and very heated match (fans chanted
against each other). Hero won with the Hangman's Clutch. The ref didn't saw
that Nolte had his leg on the rope.


KING OF THE DEATH MATCHES 2003 UPDATE

IWA Mid-South Hardcore Wrestling will present its annual King of the Death
Matches tournament on Friday & Saturday, August 1st & 2nd, at the IWA Arena
(1390 Woerner Ave.) in Clarksville, IN. Tickets are now available for the
weekend's events.

First and second row are sold out. The prices for the two night passes are
$36 for third and fourth row, and $32 for General Admission. The single night
tickets are $20 for third and fourth row, and $18 for General Admission.
Tickets will NOT be able to be reserved. For information on the east coast
bus trip to KOTDM, e-mail IWABusTrips@...). Tickets are going fast for
KOTDM, and it has become first come, first served.

Competitors announced thus far for KOTDM '03 are: Corporal Robinson, Kintaro
(W*ING) Kanemura, former IWA World Heavyweight Champion Badboy Hido, "Sick"
Nick Mondo, JC Bailey, Mad Man Pondo, Supreme, and Axl Rotten. More wrestlers
will be announced for the tournament during the coming weeks.

Coming from Louisville: Take I-65 North to Exit 0. Go straight to the 2nd
stop sign (past McDonalds and Waffle House) and turn left onto 7th Street. Go
through the 1st stop sign and turn right into Water Tower Square (400
Missouri Street). Go straight all the way to the back of the parking lot to
find the IWA building.

Coming from Indianapolis: Take I-65 South to Exit 0. Go straight at the stop
sign by KOBE. As soon as you go under the bridge, turn right on Missouri
Street. Then turn left into the Water Tower Square at 400 Missouri Street. Go
straight all the way to the back of the parking lot to find the IWA building.
