--FULL RESULTS OF CLARKSVILLE'S FREAK-A-THON!!
--APRIL BLOODSHOWERS THIS FRIDAY NIGHT!!

IWA Mid-South Hardcore Wrestling presented "2003: An IWA Freak-A-Thon" this
past Friday night, 4/11 at the IWA Arena in Clarksville, IN. Here are your
results...

1. Rollin Hard def. Steve Stone

2. Corporal Robinson def. Ryan Boz

3. Ian Rotten def. "The Barbaric Berzerker" Jimmy Jacobs

4. JC Bailey def. Simon Sezz to retain the IWA Light Heavyweight Title

5. CM Punk def. BJ Whitmer

6. Chris Hero (w/ his Wonder Woman Lucy) def. Danny Daniels to retain the IWA
World Heavyweight Title in a match where the title belt was on top of a pole.

SHOW NOTES: The event was filmed by the IWA for home video release, with
commentary by Dave Prazak, CM Punk, and Ian Rotten. For those of you who are
big fans of the 5/4 Dayton and 10/4 Retro Night tapes from 2002, this tape
will likely join those in the favorites category both due to the quality of
the matches on the show, the atmosphere (a very small live crowd), and the
commentary. Punk vs. Whitmer particularly has been given many rave reviews
over the past few days. Though the show is just a one camera shoot, the tape
is highly recommended for collectors, and it will be available shortly from
Smart Mark Video... During the main event, Chris Hero's Wonder Woman Lucy
sustained an injury to her knee. Hero and Lucy were performing a double team
maneuver on Danny Daniels, where Lucy hit a crossbody off the top rope while
Hero had Daniels on his shoulders. Lucy wound up landing knees first on the
canvas, and was carried away from ringside a few moments later. Upon
examination by doctors after the show, thankfully nothing was found to be
broken, but she will be sidelined for an undetermined period of time, and she
is on crutches. If you'd like to send well wishes to one of the newest
members of the IWA Mid-South family, head on over to her "Gathering of

"Spyder" Nate Webb was unable to compete in the scheduled Tables & Ladders &
Chairs bout against JC Bailey due to transportation difficulties, thus Simon
Sezz got a title shot at Bailey on the show. Webb will now face Bailey in the
TLC match with barbed wire stipulations added this coming Friday, 4/18, at
April Bloodshowers.

IWA returns to action this coming Friday night, 4/18, at the IWA Arena (1390
Woerner Ave.) in Clarksville, IN for "April Bloodshowers 2003." Bell time is
8pm Eastern, tickets are $25, $20, & $15, and will be available at the door
on the night of the event.

KING OF THE DEATH MATCHES 2003 UPDATE

IWA Mid-South Hardcore Wrestling will present its annual King of the Death
Matches tournament on Friday & Saturday, August 1st & 2nd, at the IWA Arena
(1390 Woerner Ave.) in Clarksville, IN. Tickets are now available for the
weekend's events.

The prices for the two night passes are $40 for first and second row, $36 for
third and fourth row, and $32 for General Admission. The single night tickets
are $25 for first and second row, $20 for third and fourth row, and $18 for
General Admission. Tickets will NOT be able to be reserved. For information
on the east coast bus trip to KOTDM, e-mail IWABusTrips@...). Tickets are
going fast for KOTDM, and it has become first come, first served.

The initial four competitors who will be a part of the 2003 King of the Death
Matches have been announced. They are: Corporal Robinson, Kintaro (W*ING)
Kanemura, former IWA World Heavyweight Champion Badboy Hido, and "Sick" Nick
Mondo. More wrestlers will be announced for the tournament during the coming
weeks.

Make your plans now to be there live for the most violent tournament anywhere
in the world, August 1st & 2nd, 2003!



DIRECTIONS TO THE IWA ARENA - 1390 WOERNER AVE. - CLARKSVILLE, IN

Coming from Louisville: Take I-65 North to Exit 0. Go straight to the 2nd
stop sign (past McDonalds and Waffle House) and turn left onto 7th Street. Go
through the 1st stop sign and turn right into Water Tower Square (400
Missouri Street). Go straight all the way to the back of the parking lot to
find the IWA building.

Coming from Indianapolis: Take I-65 South to Exit 0. Go straight at the stop
sign by KOBE. As soon as you go under the bridge, turn right on Missouri
Street. Then turn left into the Water Tower Square at 400 Missouri Street. Go
straight all the way to the back of the parking lot to find the IWA building.
