The 1st World Cup in 2004 was open to all. However at some point that closed it
to just ITF-V only. I would imagine if the ITF-V continues the positive moves
forward by approving the next steps of the merger talks than maybe this event
would also be open to the ITF-NK members. This would be great & a win-win. The
competitors win & the hosts win by more revenue.
