Good suggestions on the three lines of defense. Ironically, a lot of this
was discussed last week over lunch with my attorney. We were discussing how
to protect assets. It was interesting how to legally protect yourself from
unscrupulous people. With that said, it's hard to beat a crook.



The wording that got me was "parent CAN'T waive child's right to sue"



In the end, I realize that people can sue for anything and even when they
lose, it still wraps us in court diverting our attention and causing
stresses. Frustrating but that's how our system works.
