Hi there,
I'm a runner, or at least I'm someone trying to train for a marathon.
I got orthotics and a cortisone shot, am doing PT, use the roller,
ice, and am looking into ART (because of this forum).
I had no pain for a few weeks after the shot and now it's back - at a
much lower level, but I've had the shooting pains before so I expect
they're just around the corner.
My marathon is coming up soon and so I'm a bit desperate for
crosstraining ideas.
I welcome your ideas for how I can maintain/improve my fitness while
laying off the running.
