Hi all,

i am looking for surgeons who have successfully done the ITB release several
times. Can someone email me surgeon names and contacts?

Here is my story...
i've had ITBS for 4 years now. Two years ago, because of chronic inflammation, I
developed an exostosis (a piling up of bone at the site of a repeat injury). It
became impossible for me to run, and I had to have surgery. The surgeon remove
the exostosis and tried the z-plasty. This was 20 months ago. Since then, I have
gone back playing soccer and running. However, I am still feeling some pain, a
bit different than the one I used to have. I am thinking about surgery again. I
live in Brazil, and I am having a hard time finding surgeons with ITB release
expertise. I am thinking about going to the US for surgery.

Thanks!

--Marcio
