Thanks Ashley. I live in Nevada, so I'm no where close to you, but I
appreciate the offer. The IT pains are different in both legs. I get
extreme tightness in my right leg, and I get the knee pain in the left-which
is the one that stops me from running. I currently am dealing with a
hematoma in the back of my left knee which is keeping me from doing
anything, so I am off any kind of training schedule for another couple of
weeks. I may have to have an MRI done if the tenderness and swelling don't
considerably subside. I'm always looking for advice and tips.
Hope you're on the trails soon!
